Usage
See how SeamTrail is used — by you, by a feature, by a workspace and by the whole org. Counts only, never content.
Usage shows how much SeamTrail is used. It shows counts only. It never shows what anyone wrote or asked.
What is counted
You can look at the last 7 or 30 days.
| Count | What it means |
|---|---|
| AI cost | What the AI work cost. |
| Questions | Questions asked in the SeamTrail chat, or through an AI assistant. |
| Notes saved | Memories added by a person or their assistant. |
| Changes | Decisions or concerns closed or replaced, deploy rules added, tickets changed through the chat. |
| Assistants | Which AI assistants were used, and how often. |
Who sees what
| Who | Where | What they see |
|---|---|---|
| Everyone | Account menu → My usage | Their own numbers and assistants, plus the features they run. |
| A feature's Admins and Managers | The feature page | That feature's totals. Never per person. |
| A workspace's Admins and Managers | The workspace's Settings → Usage | That workspace, and each person's usage inside it. |
| Org Admins and Managers | The org's Settings → Usage | The whole org: every workspace and every person. |
Org Admins and Managers also see a Features list in the org's Settings → Usage: each feature's Admins, people and recent usage. They see names and numbers, never the feature's content. Org Admins also see the org's AI costs there.
Background AI work that no person asked for, like reading new changes, counts for the workspace, not for a person.
