In plain words
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use your content to train AI models.
- Disconnecting a tool stops SeamTrail from collecting anything more from it.
- Names that come from Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) are kept with the person's Atlassian account ID. When Atlassian tells SeamTrail that an account was closed, SeamTrail replaces the name with "Former user". When a person's name changes in Atlassian, SeamTrail updates it.
