Zoom

Team Chat messages and meeting summaries become memory. SeamTrail suggests the meetings that belong to a feature.

Early access

This connector is new. Some parts are still coming (listed below). If you can't connect it yet, ask us to switch it on.

What SeamTrail reads

  • Meeting summaries (Zoom's AI summary). A summary reaches a feature when the meeting is linked to it, or when the summary names one of the feature's tickets. It becomes memory, like a Slack message.
  • Team Chat messages. A message reaches a feature when it names one of the feature's tickets.
  • When a meeting ends, and when its recording is ready.

Meeting suggestions

SeamTrail does not take in every meeting. It looks at recent meetings and suggests the ones that seem to belong to a feature:

  • several of the feature's people were in it, or
  • its title or summary names one of the feature's tickets.

A feature's Admin or Manager confirms the link. Only then does the meeting feed memory.

How changes arrive

  • Webhook. Zoom sends events to SeamTrail as they happen.

Connect

  1. Open your org's Settings → Tools.
  2. Next to Zoom, click Connect. (Org Admins and Managers.)
  3. Approve SeamTrail in Zoom. Zoom is connected once, for your whole Zoom account.

Linking a Zoom meeting to a feature needs an org Admin or Manager.

Coming soon

  • The words of meeting transcripts. Today SeamTrail only knows that a transcript is ready.
